Q. How Often should I wash my hair after applying Iwear4u Edge Control, Oil, Grease, Wax
A. Hair washing regimens vary on the individual, maintain whatever regimen you’re currently using.
Q. My Edge Control Melted, how can I restore it
A. Place the edge control jar in the refrigerator to restore to its original consistency.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after purchase?
A. No, We can cancel your order and return your funds please allow 7 to 14 business day. You can reorder after you receive your refund. Due to high orders we are unable to update address. ***WE DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO PO BOX ***
Q. My Tracking link isn't working or no update.
A. Tracking numbers do refresh often. In the event that your tracking number is not working try it again within 3 hours. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24-72 hours to refresh.
Q. My Order says delivered, but I don't have my order what should I do?
A. If your order has been delivered, double check the tracking link to see where exactly your order has been delivered. (Ex. Front Door, Porch, Parcel Locker, Front Desk/Reception) After doing this if your items still have not been delivered, please contact the courier associated with your tracking link. They will be able to assist you further.
